The Lindens
We arrived on January 10th. We have had visitors! Lowell Linden, our Redlands pastor, and his wife Shirley visited us, January 21-23. We enjoyed having them all to ourselves. We will have more guests within the next two months; Ken and Harriett Clark will be our guests, February 6-8 and we are looking forward to seeing Lauren and Randy Briggs, March 8-10.
We have already attended the Presbyterian church in Cambria three Sundays and Glen has attended three choir practices and the choir has sung once since we arrived.

And, yes, the ocean is still here as is the Morro Rock, just as beautiful as we remembered. We have enjoyed seeing the elephant seals, the otters and the butterflies.

Fishing Boat
We have managed to visit many restaurants as well. Recently while we were having lunch at one of our favorite places, Rose’s Landing, we were able to watch a fishing boat deliver his load while a Great Horned Owl served as overseer. We can truly say that we had a meal and the entertainment was free!

Marilyn sent out an e-mail praising God for answering prayer on our sister-in-law Karen’s behalf. Last May her CA 125 was 21,000, but the last test had dropped to 20. Praise God! Thank you so much for praying on her behalf. We have no idea what the final result will be, but we do know that God cares about each of us.
Marilyn is still dealing with a fair amount of pain in her legs and feet. We are grateful that we have a measure of health and our minds are working well.
We are still planning to visit some of our National parks this summer and to move to an apartment in Kansas in the Fall. Thank you for your prayers for our health and safety. Please also remember us in prayer as we make a major change in our lifestyle.
