All of a sudden I looked at the calendar and realized it was March 5 already. I guess traveling to Mike and Mellyn’s this past weekend caused me to lose track of the date.
We had a great visit with Mike and Mellyn. We had the privilege of hearing Mike teach his Sunday school class, and do a wonderful job. We even got to hear him pay tribute to us as his mentors. What a joy!
This is Aubrey at three months. Isn’t she a cutie? Marilyn just wishes she could see her in person.
We took a tour of the first floor and the pools of Hearst Castle. The tour was called “accessible” which meant the tour was limited to four people and the cart would accommodate a wheelchair. We had very special attention which Marilyn especially enjoyed.
We plan to leave here on March 17. We will drive to Redlands and arrive there on March 18. We have not decided yet when we will leave Redlands, but we hope, weather providing that we will arrive in Kansas around April 1.
Please pray for complete healing for Karen Willett, Marilyn’s sister-in-law. Marilyn talked with her brother tonight. The doctor switched the meds for the chemotherapy to much stronger drugs. The report tonight was she is feeling much better today since she had chemotherapy yesterday.
Thank you all for continuing to pray for our health and safety.
Much love in Him,
Glen and Marilyn
